An hour before finishing the unloading, we noticed that there were more pallets and they would not all fit on the vehicle. Did we allow our customer to fail in their mission? Not at all! Within an hour, we managed to provide a sprinter van to take the remaining pallets, enabling our customer to fulfil their contract.

There is no shortage of strongmen among our drivers. Once, when there was no help available during unloading, the driver, feeling the pressure of time and another urgent load, took the matter into his own hands and unloaded a drill weighing a tonne – with the customer’s permission. They took some pictures after unloading so that we could send them to the customer and confirm that we could drive away from the place of unloading.

Our team

Marcin Andraczko – the best of the bosses. He constantly cares about the company’s development and the prosperity of employees. Privately, an exemplary husband and father of the family. He is passionate about traveling, and in his spare time he rides an electric bike. As befits a zodiacal Cancer, he would rather not leave the pool. Fan of dietary catering and sweets. He dreams of going to live in California one day.
Agnieszka Andraczko – helped run the company shortly after it was founded. Over the next few years, she devoted herself to the perfect upbringing of children and in 2019 she returned to support her husband in the office. Agnieszka is interested in a healthy lifestyle, travelling and she likes sarcastic jokes. She is a devoted fan of the local stand-up scene.
Magdalena Gruchała– the oldest in terms of experience, but not age. Almost from the very beginning in the company- she got to know it inside out, having the opportunity to work in all departments. She found administration the best for herself. Although one of the reasons why she has been working here for so many years is the fact she leaves close to the company, she cannot imagine herself anywhere else. At home, she devotes herself with love to her passion for cooking – regret those who have not had the opportunity to try its delicacies!
Joanna Sobocińska – joined the Business Development Team in 2019. She is mostly admired by her colleagues for her openness and ease in dealing with clients, whom she seduces with her Scottish accent. An optimist who sees something good in everyone. She is a fan of sushi and prosecco. Mum in every inch – she spends every free time with her children, including training with them in the swimming pool. A fan of detective stories. Currently, together with her husband, they are building a house, where they dream to be living soon.
Anna Maj-Kantor -our secret weapon. When you think it’s too late to transport your urgent cargo, then Ania comes into play. This positively crazy girl uses two fast telephones to put the car in trim at the other end of Europe. In addition, she won’t hesitate to push the driver to deliver your goods as quickly as possible. And she will do it with a smile. Privately, a great mother, wife, cat owner and make-up artist.
Paweł Leszczyk – transport has changed for the better since Paweł was absorbed by this world. Quick to react like Formula 1, which he loves to play. His vast knowledge, peace of mind and experience more than once helped in difficult cases. You can always count on a sharp riposte and a joke for dessert. Paweł likes complicated transports and delivering everything that glows. In the evening, he relaxes by painting war figurines, which helps to peace his mind and prepares him for another day full of excitement.
Ewelina Wieńska – although graduated from law studies, she has devoted her career to transport. A multi-tasking girl with many talents.The one who intends to argue with Ewelina when he is not sure of his rightness must be a courageous one. Righteous – helps those in need by participating in charity auctions. She loves Pugs – Bogusław has a special place in her heart. In her spare time, apart from walking her dog Bubu, and caring for her beautiful home, she reads books, watches interesting movies and series or rides a motorbike. She likes to travel around Poland, trail blazing and photograph the places she visits.
Karolina Malmon – after several life turns, she joined Team Cargo Europe in 2017. Professionally, she had to face many challenges, including temporarily leading in the Administration Department of Cargo Europe. She is always smiling and has a positive attitude towards people. She has an interesting sense of humor and refined taste. She loves cycling, an active lifestyle and healthy eating – although she will not say “no” to a good kebab or pizza. She is interested in travelling, good literature and interesting films. A loving and devoted mother of two children. Very committed to their good education and intellectual development. She could give more than one piece of advice! She knows the Chełmska Mountain trails by heart – she recommends actively exploring our beautiful green surroundings of Koszalin.
Anna Hałas – She’s often called the cat mum, as she loves felines above all else, and spoils them rotten with treats. In her personal life, she’s a tattoo aficionado. She spends her time off watching worthwhile TV series, binging on Italian food and devouring sweets. Having spent many years in England, she found her place in Poland, where she finally fulfilled her dreams of a large house and living close to her family.
Joanna Bugaj – the second employee of Cargo Europe, employed in 2014. After maternity leave, at the end of 2020, she returned to the ranks of the company with a bang, again taking over the management of the Administration Department. She loves coffee, challenges and working with her team, which she manages with full passion and commitment. A very specific woman! She has many versatile hobbies – from traveling, cooking to a good book. No weather is terrible for it – it shows the Norwegian approach in raising children – a walk must be! It is obvious that she spends her free time with his family, preferably on walks in the forest, where he rests and gains strength for new challenges both at work and in life.
Igor Gajewski – Loves hip-hop, sports, and a good book. He also likes to cast a fishing rod in his spare time. Vinyl records collector. He has so many of them that there is no room in the house anymore. He is a fan of Italian cuisine. He recites recipes for pizza, spaghetti and gnocchi from memory, like the words of a favourite song or poem.
Pawel Drzewiński – A good film or a TV series helps him relax after a day on the road. Online gaming? A fierce champion of late night competition. His dream is to visit Japan and Mount Fuji. A cat lover – he has two, but is thinking of expanding his cat family. He never says no to sweets. For him, relaxation means water, forest and wind in his hair.
Karolina Cybulska – an aspiring stand-up comedian who looks for funny situations for her show in everyday life. A wacky optimist who finds a meme for every occasion. She is interested in detective riddles and, in her time off from the world of transport, plays computer games.
Agnieszka Marczewska – she likes to spend her free time actively, and never at home – together with her young son she continually discovers new interesting places. She is a fan of fitness and takes care of both her shape and health. She finds a good psychology book and mindfulness relaxing.
Artur Matelak – A confectioner who is not very fond of sweets. He says that he does not find work stressful, even though his hair has turned grey. He is always ready to help with anything, from organising birthdays to looking after your grandmother.
Roksana – Young spirit, who loves cooking and discussing true crime – a topic she finds fascinating. With many interests, her main focus drops on counting calories. If she ever exceeds her limit, she takes it out at the gym. Having spent some time in the UK, she delights us with her wonderful British accent.
Mateusz – A trained Russian language translator, and a football referee after hours. When he’s not solving logical puzzles, he’s ensuring order on the pitch. He’s not afraid of challenges, whether professional or athletic. A coffee enthusiast, he drinks it by the liter, keeping him ready for anything that work might throw his way.
Marcel – A young athlete, for whom the sports field feels like a second home. He dreams of one day playing football at the highest level. In his free time, to take a break from work and intense training sessions, he enjoys playing chess, polishing his strategic skills that later prove priceless in negotiations at work.
